Poultry operations platform

Run the whole operation, from hatch to dispatch.

Poultry Pulse puts flock houses, the processing plant, inventory, subcontracted growers, sales orders and the delivery fleet in one system — with every product traceable back to the lot it came from.

Built for working poultry businesses — grow-out, processing and distribution under one roof.

The problem it solves

Most poultry businesses are held together by four separate habits.

Today

Spreadsheets per department

Production, sales and inventory each keep their own numbers, and nobody can say which one is right.

Today

Paper log sheets

Biosecurity checks and cold-chain temperatures live in a binder that only gets read after something goes wrong.

Today

Group chats as a record

Refusals, substitutions and route changes are agreed in chat threads and never reach the books.

Today

Traceability by memory

When a customer asks where a case came from, the answer depends on who is still at the plant.

Production dashboard

One screen that tells you how today is going.

Live house readings, mortality, feed conversion and the day's orders sit on a single dashboard that updates as staff enter data — no end-of-week consolidation, no waiting on a report.

  • House temperature and humidity recorded and kept, not just displayed
  • Daily mortality and feed conversion tracked per flock and per site
  • Multi-site and multi-farm views for operations running more than one location
  • Changes appear on every open screen the moment they are saved

Lot-level traceability

Every case traces back to the lot it came from.

Inventory is held at lot level and consumed first-in, first-out, so stock movements reflect what actually left the cold room. Scan a lot code and the full history is on screen.

  • FIFO deduction against real lots, not an average stock figure
  • QR codes generated per lot and scanned with the device camera
  • Forward and backward trace: intake to customer, customer back to intake
  • Recall scope answered in the room instead of over two days

Plant, orders and accounts

Processing, sales and the books stop disagreeing.

Plant output feeds inventory, inventory feeds orders, and refused deliveries raise credit notes that carry straight into accounting — so the sales figure and the bank figure describe the same week.

  • Processing runs, yields and bundle products handled in the plant module
  • Delivery refusals recorded at the point of refusal, with credit notes raised against them
  • QuickBooks Desktop export (IIF) so nothing is retyped into the accounts
  • Order lines protected against the silent overwrite problems of shared spreadsheets

Biosecurity & HACCP

The log sheet that can't be back-filled on Friday.

Biosecurity checks and HACCP records are captured where the work happens, timestamped against the person who entered them, and held permanently — ready when an auditor or a customer asks.

  • Per-site checklists for visitor control, footbaths, cleanout and downtime
  • Cold-chain and critical control point readings recorded against the run
  • Records persist against the site and date, not the browser session
  • History is exportable when an audit calls for it

Fleet & delivery

Know where the load is before the customer calls.

Vehicle tracking connects your existing GPS telematics to the orders on board, so dispatch can see the run, the stop and the delivery in the same place.

  • GPS integration with Ontrac and Geotab telematics
  • Vehicles tied to routes, runs and the orders they are carrying
  • Delivery outcomes recorded against the stop, including refusals
  • Maintenance schedules and job costs held against each vehicle

The full system

Thirteen modules, one login, one set of numbers.

Each module is useful on its own. Together they remove the re-keying between them, which is where the errors come from.

Built around real roles

Plant manager, production manager, fleet manager, sales, general manager and more — each role sees the work it owns, and only the work it owns.

Everyone on the same version

Edits sync live between users, and simultaneous changes to the same record are caught and resolved rather than silently overwritten.

Help where the work is

A contextual help panel and a step-by-step manual are built into the app, so new staff are trained by the software they're using.

Tell us how your business is set up and we'll walk through the modules that match it — grow-out, processing, distribution, or all three.

  • A working walkthrough, not a slide deck
