Lot-level traceability
Every case traces back to the lot it came from.
Inventory is held at lot level and consumed first-in, first-out, so stock movements reflect what actually left the cold room. Scan a lot code and the full history is on screen.

Plant, orders and accounts
Processing, sales and the books stop disagreeing.
